Yoga in the Park, oh yeah

Hanging upside down lets blood flow to the head, moves lymph fluid and detoxifies the body. Also the natural, bodyweight traction lengthens the spine, strengthening the back and abdominal muscles, aligning the pelvis and increasing flexibility. You don't need any particular strength or agility to begin to use the yoga swing and it appeals to all ages including and especially children.
